Review Of

“The Infinity Hoop”

It all begins with a question…

“Will this really work?”

—This review will begin as soon as delivery is made. Order placed on 4/3/25.

Everyone is focusing on being their “Best Self.”

Growing older, naturally, is no exception.

This page will be my journal page, compiling a “Review” and the results of the “Infinity Hoop” that everyone is raving about, online, answering the major question…

“Does this really work and are results really achieved by not just heavier ladies but ladies going through or in full Menopause, aging naturally?”

Is there hope for us who are struggling with the Menopause side effects, while transitioning into our new phase of our lives?

Will this “Infinity Hoop” help us to reclaim some or all of our former selves in muscle strength and weight loss, during and after Menopause?

These are the questions that I will personally document and record, with video progression and results, (omg, my being in front of a camera is one of the BIGGEST struggles I have lived with my entire life, so this is very difficult for me) …to find out if this “Infinity Hoop” can help older ladies, such as myself, who are struggling with the loss of vital muscle tone and strength that happens with the dreaded “Menopause Weight Gain and Changes” while going through this huge transition stage in our lives as women.

In my case, going through the Menopause changes, I am dealing with the menopause side effects of muscle atrophy in the abs, as well as the hip muscles, which hold the hip bones in their sockets.

The results of muscle atrophy and loss of strength in these two vital areas, greatly, affects a woman’s ability to stand or walk, which can lead to breaking a hip or worse, the hip bone coming out of the socket and severs the main nerve that connects your spinal cord to your leg.

With muscle loss in the abs and hips, a bad fall could cause paralysis of the leg(s), if these muscles are not kept strong.

Something I never knew before and found out, the painful way, over the past three years as my ability to walk and do things on my own began to fade fast, bringing me to today, looking for every way possible to rebuild muscle to regain my ability to walk without a cane or walker. I am only 60 years old and should be much more mobile than I am now.

There have been days when I was forced to use my wheel chair for my not being able to keep my hip bone in the socket for muscle loss.

Hence, the “Infinity Hoop” came to my attention to help with this issue from what I have been seeing in other ladies results using this form of exercise to achieve weight loss and rebuild muscle, gently, at home.

Just to make a note on this, when I was in college around 25-28 years ago, I was very much into body building. I was not the avid minded type of body builder that would get so ripped to compete in competitions, but I did get very strong, very defined in muscles and I could even lift from the waist to chest, 250+ pounds of gravel on a sifter to get the rocks out on our farm.

My husband would scoop up a 5 ft bucket load on the front end loader, dump it on a waist level table with a metal screen and I would lift one side of that screen, several times to drop and force the dirt and small gravel to drop through the screen, while the larger rocks would roll into a pile off the table. I did this everyday till the barn foundation was finished, because we mixed and poured the concrete our selves, as well as doing this to sift the garden, which we then changed up and used 2 tractors because I was starting to look like Hulk Hogan.

My husband said at that time, “…you have to stop working out because I will not be married to no damn man.” Hence, this brings me to today. Being too soft and with muscle loss and atrophy because I could no longer “workout” as I was doing before. Hence, this turned me into a “Squishy and huggable Grandma.”

I will be adding video clips/images of the things I am speaking of, to show exactly what I am writing and describing as I tell this story and document my journey with this “Infinity Hoop”, speaking about and showing my results, with my thoughts on… does this Infinity Hoop really work?

So, stay tuned for more updates as I will begin when the Infinity Hoop arrives in the mail delivery.
