Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

We use off-site manufacturers for some of our product lines.

Time frames for the different manufacturers are slightly different than others. When your items are ordered, they will be made by the manufacturer and shipped directly from their location to save you from paying more for shipping expenses on your items ordered. If we stock the items here at our studio to ship out immediately, the shipping costs would be double to cover the shipping costs from the manufacturer to our location and then to yours. Shipping directly from the manufacturer, you only pay for shipping once.

Operating this way helps to keep the shipping expenses down so you won’t have to pay extra.

Production Times from Manufactures

Large Market Totes with Solid Flat Straps - Production Time: ~5-7 business days.

Long Scarves - Production Time: ~5-8 business days.

Delivery times will vary based on your delivery address. Most items ship via USPS. You will be informed if items are being shipped via UPS or FedEx.

You will receive shipping updates as they are sent out via the manufacturer and by Debora Nash Designs as soon as we receive the shipping information.

Items in the studio's inventory will ship immediately when the USPS is open to receive packages.

Still, once again, the in-house inventory items that ship immediately will be at a higher price because of the extra shipping expense to the studio for inventory on hand, ready to ship.

Items that ship directly from the manufacturer will be at a lower price.

Items will be labeled as “Ships Immediately” for items already in the studio inventory.

Do you offer international shipping? 

International shipping will only be offered for special requests. Shipping costs outside of the United States are much higher and beyond our control, and we would rather sell only in the U.S. to keep prices reasonable.

We will only ship orders outside the United States if you choose to pay the higher shipping rates. Again, we do not control what the USPS and other shipping companies charge for shipping.

What is your return policy? 

Returns and Refunds are only available for 15 days after delivery with an approved RMA#.

We do not accept returns of worn or washed clothing items for sanitary reasons. No one expects to receive used/worn clothing purchased as “New and Unworn.”

If the item to be returned has manufacturing defects or shipping damages, you must keep the original packaging and contents. Once you contact us to get an approved RMA# to return an item, a refund or exchange will be given.

Items that are “Custom Made, Special Order or Personalized”

Any item made by a specific custom request or altered for a special request is not returnable nor refundable. Only certain items will be considered, but you must contact us to discuss the issue before returning an item for a refund or exchange. We are not hard to work with but will not be taken advantage of either. Contact us for a conversation to see if something can be done if there is an issue with a customized order.
