Sudden Movements

Debora Nash Designs - American Bald Eagle Launching to flight

I took time yesterday to stop and stand at the window shooting again.

I was shooting the Canon system alongside my Nikon, and I can honestly say the two systems are SO different. I feel a little handicapped with the Canon and over-trained with the Nikon.

LOL!! It's driving me nuts... I MUST conquer the Canon...

Anyway, I worked on these two shots today using the Canon system. They will be pristine once I master the Canon camera settings and get a natural feel for that super-long lens.

If you move 1 millimeter with the camera and lens, it is like a mile on the end of the lens and what you are focused on...

Breathing is becoming an adversary when shooting at 800mm and almost 1/4 mile away.

It makes getting details a real struggle.

Especially when your subject suddenly jumps out without any warning...

I am in the process of making the studio operational again and hope to have it up and running in 2024.

With the move from our other location, which has been there for 27 years, it is a real struggle to try to get everything relocated and then organized again for everyday functions while you are building.

Thank you for hanging in there with me. I hope to have some new and exciting things to show and make available very soon.

Till then, I have the online store closed for now, but I will be adding back the stock items as soon as possible.

Thanks so much,

Debora
